What this site is

This website presents ZLEELIFE, the products we produce and the way we work. There is no online shop, no cart and no payment on this site. Product enquiries are handled by email or by the contact form.

Product information

Product descriptions, photographs, patterns and specifications on this site are indicative and are provided so you can judge whether a piece is worth pursuing. They are not an offer. The specification that governs a supply is the written specification agreed for that order before production begins, which includes decoration, packing and inspection arrangements.

Photographs show our products but colours can vary between screens, and glazes and patterns have natural variation between production runs.

Commercial terms

Pricing, Incoterms, lead times, payment terms and inspection arrangements are agreed in writing for each order. Nothing on this website sets or varies those terms.
